Blog? what??

I know, its been a while, but guys I have been crazy busy and honestly... a little uninspired!! I did have a few thoughts over the weekend, but just have not had time to really sit down and put fingers to keyboard. On a good note: Carolina won and Ohio State won...even better Clemson lost!!! Spent Saturday in Columbia at a band competition in which our high school band did pretty well for there first comp. of the season and congratulations to my fellow Booster clubbers (parents and volunteers) for winning the spirit award!! We ROCK!!

Not a good weekend for football

Not looking so good for my teams this weekend. Friday my high school team lost, then my gamecocks should have won, but as usual, didn't!!! Now, Ohio State is looking kind of iffy, but I'm holding on to some hope! However, my new found favorite team the Pirates of East Carolina are looking great! Winning again today! Go East Carolina!!

In memory of Rally

Richard Alan "Rally" Hyrne II, 21, was shot once in the shoulder shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday. He was pronounced dead at 5:02 a.m. He died during a party at his North Charleston home early Sunday after authorities say a party-goer (a friend) accidentally discharged a gun.

What a senseless tragedy...
Rally was our neighbor's son. He grew up in the house next door and came over to the house often in his younger days. He was a sweet and handsome young man. To compound the sadness that his family is going through, Rally's mother passed away only two weeks ago also. Please keep his father and two sisters in your thoughts and prayers. This is going to be a very hard journey for them!
